We are delivering a $14.1 million investment for Hillarys Boat Harbour, including the revitalisation of the old Great Escape site with a Youth & Family Plaza!

As part of this commitment, we are also delivering a signalised pedestrian crossing on Whitfords Avenue, an accessible fishing platform, a family change pavilion and universal access toilet and a service installation for local events.

Planning for a significant renewal of the harbour is underway, guided by the Hillarys Boat Harbour Masterplan, however an interim activation is needed.

A Youth and Family Plaza will create a positive social environment, curb anti-social behaviour, stimulate the local economy and make the Harbour vibrant for young people and families to enjoy.
